Our Mission
Our mission is to deliver high quality, affordable, adult geared products and provide education to customers. We are passionate about converting adult smokers to vaping products in order to help improve their health and overall quality of life.
Our Story
In early 2014, WC Vapor started out as a hobby as William Justice and Charles "Matt" Hutsell began selling various products on eBay. Within two months, a website was born, http://www.wcsupplystore.com.
Throughout 2014, as both founders continued to work full time jobs, we started to attract more local customers through various Facebook groups and networking events. Our nights and weekends were spent filling orders, delivering to local customers, and hosting local events where we could showcase our products. We began serving local customers at our store, which was in a basement in the beginning. We just reinvested our profits from Day 1.
In May 2015, we put a down payment on a lease at our first store in Salem, VA. We opened our doors to the public on June 1st, 2015. From the first day we opened our doors, we continued to utilize our networks through various forms of social media to get the word out. Throughout the rest of 2015, we continued to grow and by the end of the year, we were able to hire two additional employees.
In early spring 2016, we began discussions of a second storefront. By April 2016, our Roanoke Gus Nicks store was opened, and we added an additional full-time employee to help us run the new store location.
We began planning our 3rd retail location in Christiansburg, VA in June 2017. We opened our doors to the New River Valley on August 1st, 2017.
Our Christiansburg store grew into a sustainable store with 3 employees. After 7 successful years at this location, the Town of Christiansburg made major construction changes that removed the entrance from the main road directly into our parking lot. This change made getting to our store cumbersome and the drop in revenue forced us to close our doors in Christiansburg.
In May 2019, we bought a new building off of Route 220 located at 5449 Franklin Rd, Roanoke VA. We split the address into two addresses. 5449 Franklin Rd is the address for our distribution center and 5453 Franklin is the address for the retail location. WC Vapor 220 was opened on August 26th, 2019 and the distribution center is now where we receive all of our inventory, and it is transferred to all of stores.
After the success of the Roanoke 220 Store, we opened another retail location at 748 W 4th Street, Salem, VA in February 2021.
With the addition of West Salem store, we now offer Local Vape Delivery Services in the Roanoke and Salem VA areas!
In 2026, we are operating 4 locations and facing legislation hurdles, but we are navigating our way with alternative solutions like Nixodine and Metatine products.
